After a captivating acoustic performance last year, Vrï return to Blue Sky to celebrate the launch of their brand new album. Vrï are a brand new trio to represent Wales and its music in the fast-evolving world of ‘chamber-folk’.
Bringing together the experience of Jordan Price Williams (Elfen) Patrick Rimes (Calan) and Aneirin Jones, they play tunes and songs from the Celtic nations and beyond, attempting to combine the energy of a rowdy pub session with the style and finesse of the Viennese string quartet.
Triawd newydd yw Vrï sydd wedi dod ynghyd i gynrychioli Cymru a’i cherddoriaeth ar lwyfan y sîn ‘gwerin-siambr’ sydd yn ymddangos bob ochr i’r Iwerydd ar hyn o’r bryd.
