Here at Blue Sky we have a strong ethos for using local suppliers who provide us with high quality foods, locally brewed beers, fair trade teas and coffees, and organic ingredients wherever possible. If we can’t get what we need locally our policy is to seek out wholesome traders who share our values.
The Head Chef
Matts enthusiasm for creating great food is matched only by his keenness for road biking – though he’s recently seen the light and bought himself a mountain bike as well. He’s been at Blue Sky from the beginning and before that worked with Chrissy in a café in Llanberis. Always up for a challenge and very much a perfectionist when it comes to food he’s constantly on the look-out for new tastes and dishes. Our twice yearly change of menu is driven largely by Matt’s appetite for challenges.
