Here at Blue Sky we have a strong ethos for locally sourced, high quality foods, fair trade teas and coffees, and organic ingredients where possible. Inside you will find a cosy, amicable atmosphere whatever the weather, with a woodburning stove, a sofa and wicker chairs. We hope to see you here soon!
Blue Sky is tucked away up an alleyway by the side of Williams, the butchers, on the south side of the High Street. The nearest parking is in the Deiniol Centre underground car park just a couple of minutes walk away.
At the moment due to COVID rules we can only seat groups of 6 or less. Booking can be made by telephone only directly to the Cafe. Booking via Website, Facebook, etc might be missed due to our smaller staff number and how busy we are daytime.

Ambassador Hall is an old building dating from the mid 19th century. It was once Ebenezer Chapel but for how long we’re not sure. Around the late 1930’s early 40’s it was a dance hall and over the years has variously been a builders merchants, a gym, and a popular café called Java before becoming Blue Sky.
We’re always on the look out for snippets of history and old photos so if you’ve something interesting please come and see us!
